5 /5 Luigi Antonio: Stepping into Bites in the Boro was a truly pleasant surprise, and it quickly became clear why its considered one of the nicest diner-like restaurants in town. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere struck me – it has this wonderful small-town diner feel, almost like a cozy European lodge, with a cool college/artsy decor that I absolutely loved as an artist.
The food selection, while focused on burgers, salads, sandwiches, and tacos/quesadillas, offers enough variety to satisfy any craving. Everything Ive tried so far has been genuinely good. However, the absolute standout for me was their Fish n Chips. It was perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful. I usually pair it with their well-seasoned fries, but their homemade potato chips are also a fantastic alternative. Beyond the main dishes, they boast a fairly large drink selection, with a particularly nice array of beers to choose from.
The service at Bites in the Boro is consistently top-notch. The servers are incredibly nice and friendly, frequently checking in to ensure everything is perfect without being intrusive. This attentive service, combined with the delicious food and unique atmosphere, makes for a truly enjoyable dining experience. Considering the quality and the overall experience, Bites in the Boro offers incredible value for the price, easily making it one of the best casual dining spots in the area. Ill definitely be back to explore more of their menu!
