5 /5 Shantrice Albea: I came in shortly before closing and was honestly expecting limited options—but I was blown away. The staff welcomed me warmly, and I still received a fresh, hot meal like it was the beginning of the day. The fried chicken was juicy and perfectly seasoned, and the collard greens and cornbread tasted just like home. But the real star? The banana pudding—absolutely amazing! The owner even went out of her way to make a fresh batch just so I could have some, even though they were almost closed. On top of that, I had my toddler with me, and the staff was incredibly kind and sweet to her, which made the whole experience even more special. You can really feel the love and care in both the food and the service. I’ll definitely be back!
