5 /5 Amanda Rominger: From the moment we walked in, the owners made us feel right at home. They were incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The restaurant itself was spotless, which made for a very pleasant dining atmosphere. We started with the rice and beans, which were full of flavor and a perfect accompaniment to our meal. The shrimp and steak tacos were absolutely to die for—especially with the homemade corn tortillas that added the perfect touch. And let’s not forget the salsa—simply fabulous, with just the right amount of kick! Overall, we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend El Charro to anyone looking for great Mexican food. Can’t wait to go back!

3 /5 Edward Bomar: They have put a discount card in the hotels for $1.99 off. LOL that is not very much at all when the other restaurants give 10% or a free appetizer. 4/19/25 The food was much better than my first visit. The sauce was good with flavor and a little kick. Our server (Jose G) was very attentive and polite.

5 /5 Margaret Spear: Ate here tonight for the second time and was delighted yet again. The steak and chicken were both tender and juicy and full of flavor, and the desserts were delicious. Plus you can’t beat a $3 margarita! Prices were great on all the food, will definitely be returning again!

5 /5 k parker: Its a really unique place. The tables and chairs are all hand painted, lots of televisions (sports bar feel) and clean. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. It will give the other local places a run for their money IF business picks up. I highly recommend the food.

5 /5 Tamara Ward: First visit and the food was great! They have specials different days. My steak on my quesadilla was fork tender and delicious .This restaurant and bar is decorated so cute and festive. Will definitely go back. Talked to the owner and his wife and they were so nice.
