Edgars Grille has a resort/cruise ship experience for brunch. They offer a great variety from their buffet.
We made our first plates and were delighted. It had to be, we had to sample everything, from the hot omelet bar, to the prime rib sliced, to order.
The attention to the recipe and the processes were evident. Every single offering was impressive and sometimes exceptional.
The strawberry cream cheese and the Creme Brule were exceptionally exceptional. The Creme Brule was like eating a perfect cloud. ..."a perfect cloud" is no way to describe a dessert...yet, it was.
We made reservations for 1030am. We were able to beat the crowd. It gets very busy.
Dress up a little.
