1 /5 Renee Carrie: I’m extremely disappointed. We ordered two burgers and fries, and everything was cold — not lukewarm, not “sat for a minute,” but straight-up cold. Coming from a pregnant lady who only wanted a hot burger, this was beyond frustrating. When you’re craving something specific and pay for a hot meal, the bare minimum expectation is that it’s actually hot.

2 /5 Hannah Mayse: This has to be the worst Dairy Queen within 60 miles of Savannah. I wish they would tear it down and put a Chick-fil-A instead. Being Metter is the halfway point between Savannah, or Macon from the other side, there should be a better “restaurant” here. The employees’ lack of care truly shines. I’m especially mad that my daughter ordered a mini mint Oreo blizzard but instead was given a barely mixed, only mint flavored blizzard. No Oreo pieces and it wasn’t even mixed properly. Whoever owns this Dairy Queen should be ashamed. The interior is also very outdated. It’s time to do better.

1 /5 Joseph White: This is the worst DQ I have ever been to. Our fries were super soggy and filled with grease. The chicken was OLD and COLD as could be. This restaurant does not even deserve a 1 star. Absolutely disgusting. Oh and by the way enjoy the disgusting septic smell while eating your food that compliments the smell along with it.

1 /5 Sarah: Extremely disappointed with this location. Came through this drive through at 11:52 on Sunday, June 20th. Drive through was slow, car in front of us was throwing litter out there window while talking to the staff. We ordered a 4 piece chicken strip with meal large drink and fries. We also ordered a 1/2 Flame Burger which was the driest we’ve ever seen a burger. He took a bite and threw it away. There was so much sauce on it to cover up the dry patty. The patty almost tasted rancid and the large drink was a medium when I ordered large. Won’t be visiting this DQ again.

5 /5 David Tuttle: Great stop! The staff were quick and friendly. Really enjoyed my time. For a brief moment, it reminded me of what customer service used to be all about. Fantastic team!
