4 /5 Gods Grace In Motion: We visited Cinemark Tinseltown Fayetteville 17 to see David, and it was a great experience overall. The theater was clean, the bathrooms were clean, and everything was well-kept and comfortable. Staff interaction was smooth, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The movie David was really good—powerful and well done. Overall, a solid movie-going experience. We enjoyed our visit and would definitely return.

5 /5 Krystique: Good evening Google Family. I visited for the first time today. I absolutely love Cinemark. I wanted to see Wicked : For Good. My cousins purchased the tickets and we all went. Lisa, Donna, James and I. When we arrived, we found a parking spot and then we went in. I had to use the rest room first. Everyone else was at the Concessions Stand. The rest room was clean and neat. I ordered a medium popcorn and a pepperoni pizza from the Concessions Stand. The popcorn was $8.83 and the pizza was $13.32. The total was $22.15. I would like to add that a medium popcorn costs less here than it does in New Jersey, Pennsylvania or Delaware. The associate that assisted me was A. Richardson. She was very nice and thorough. I paid by cash and then I went into the auditorium, which was Auditorium 10 and my seat was E10. They had reclining seats and cup holders, I was ecstatic!!!!! I reclined my seat and placed my blanket around me for the total movie experience. I really enjoyed the movie. I am going to see it again. The seating was so comfortable. I ate my pizza first and then my popcorn. I had no butter on my popcorn. The Tinseltown Cinemark was a total movie experience!!!! I really enjoyed myself. I would definitely like to patronize this place again. The place is magnificent!!! It looks much better than the Cinemarks in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Have a good night, workout, be healthy, fit and Fabulous especially for people over 50 years of age. Cynthia Erivo needs to win another award for her spectacular performance in this movie!! The woman is phenomenal!!!!

4 /5 Austin: The concession lines tend to take a pretty long time and only a few registers are ever open, but staff is always nice, the theater is usually clean enough, too. The seats recline though and are super comfortable which is a huge plus. Just the seats make me really enjoy my time at this theater.

5 /5 Joseph Sheffield: Very large parking lot with police presence near which makes it feel safe. Normal pricing like all theaters. There’s always attendance available and well lit indicators for where to go highlighting your movie and times. I like their seating arrangements. They make you feel like you’re on an exclusive date with comfortable lounge back seating. It’s always clean in the movies when I go. They could use some police presence inside perhaps or a bit more security from staff because it feels pretty open. Restrooms were clean. There were no issues for me to drop a star. I’d recommend and come back to this place.

3 /5 Marcelene: We went to Avatar: Fire and Ash at Cinemark Tinseltown Finnytown, and I’ll start with this — the movie itself was GREAT. No complaints there at all. The experience on screen delivered. However, there are two things that really need attention. First: the seats. We were seated all the way at the top (F8 and F9), and the leather on the seats is extremely worn. At this point, it’s time for replacement or refurbishment. When people are paying for premium movie experiences, the seating should reflect that. Second: the concession stand situation. Having a long line and only one person working is a problem — especially when people are trying to get to their movie on time. There were able-bodied staff members present, but registers were not opened to help move the line. If there are more than three people waiting, additional registers should be opened. Nobody wants to start a movie stressed or late because of avoidable delays. Again, the movie was excellent — but the facility upkeep and staffing flow need improvement to match the experience people are paying for.
