3 /5 Dez Partlow-Greer: The customer service was lacking. I am not a fan of how the drink machine is at the front of the restaurant where people stand in line. You literally have to break in front of the line just to get a refill. My food was not up to my standards, and I was refused another option without paying. Customer service can be so easy it’s called empathy and sympathy and the staff had neither. Also parking was tight which I was not a fan of.
