1 /5 Dominic Turner: I had the worst experience with the cashier. Before I begin, I want to make it clear that I am not complaining about the quality of the food. The food is actually very good. My issue is strictly with the service.
The young man behind the counter lied to my face and then refused to take responsibility when he was confronted. Normally, you receive fried rice with your order if you ask for it. I asked him to put the fried rice on the side, and he told me they do not serve fried rice at all. I then asked what kind of rice they had. He said they only had steamed rice and some orange-colored rice, which was definitely not fried rice.
When I got home, my wife—who orders fried rice from this place all the time—asked what kind of rice it was. I told her I couldn’t get fried rice because they “don’t have it.” She then called the restaurant herself, and the same young man told her that they do have fried rice, but that it comes with the meal.
So to anyone reading this: was that not a bold-faced lie that he told me? On top of that, he then refused to issue a refund.
