1 /5 Shane Land: Asked for a brisket whopper, got home to find a pitiful burger with nothing on it. Is it too hard to listen to customers and fix the right thing?? And are your employees too lazy to even put condiments on the burger?? Absolutely disgraceful

I use to work at McDonald’s and understand the pressure of working fast food so I’m usually very patient with fast food places but every time I go to this BK I’m always missing something! Today I door dashed my husband and kids food (my kids and I have been sick so I didn’t want to spread germs) spent $40 on a bacon king meal and 16pc nugget with an extra large fry. Get my food and BOTH of my large fries are missing!!

1 /5 Karen Igglehart: When through the drive thru at 11:15am this morning. Didn’t even get to attempt to place an order when i was told that they aren’t ’doing burgers’ until 6-10pm. Last I heard the dining area is closed so you can only do drive thru but that may have changed. This location might as well close & board up the windows if they aren’t available 24 hours as website states or at least breakfast lunch & supper time.
