2 /5 DeBreonah Spires: I visited last night a little before closing, and food was already gone and preparing for the next day. I decided to give it another try tonight, hoping for a better experience, unfortunately, it wasn’t what I expected. There aren’t many small business food spots in the area, so based on the great reviews, I was excited to try this place. However, several items listed on the menu weren’t available. I ordered the catfish plate, shrimp plate, and whole wings, everything tasted like it was cooked in old grease. I really wanted to love this place and support a local business, but this visit left me disappointed.

5 /5 Khatib Hasan: Great food, excellent prices. Their desserts are amazing and delicious. Highly recommended, they also have catering For businesses, weddings, and any celebration functions. Their customer service is spot on. This is a place to take family or just come in for casual dinning. 6 out of 5 Stars....

5 /5 Cindy Green: This place is so delicious. The service was top tier, the food was amazing like it hit you with the home cooked by grandma back in the day. The vibe is amazing. It wasn’t crowded when we got there. The food is made to order. So we had Cajun catfish and 3 whole wing chicken. They allow you to sample the sides : cornbread, Mac and cheese, potato salad, and collard greens. The tea we had was a strawberry dragonfruit and farmer punch. We will definitely be back. It’s black owned and affordable pricing.

5 /5 Eleacia Shantae: Me and my son came here 15 minutes before closing. Food was still hot and delicious. I hate to lay down as stuffed as I am. Im sad I ate my entire piece of lemon cake. Yall will see me tomorrow for some more. The best lemon cake Ive had and I cant tell my Momma lol. Everything on my plate was good. Definitely gained a customer.

5 /5 Bukweet McGee: 1st time visiting & loved it. I came in as soon as they opened at 11am. I work for Norfolk Southern, so our train always stops near that crossing. A coworker recommended this place & he was NOT LYING! The food & staff are amazing. It was so good, that I came right back later that afternoon with my wife after she got off work. I had the turkey wing dinner for lunch & the 3 whole wing dinner for dinner. When I saw the cook shake the chicken in a brown paper-bag with all of the seasonings like our elders used to, I knew the chicken was going to be fire too.
