Jonathan Allen Coach Vinay is the absolute best. Ive been training with him for the last year or so and it has been one of the most positive things I could do for myself. After being out of the martial arts world for almost 20 years, I needed to get back into it for my job in L/E. I had also let my fitness slip, so I wanted to train with someone who knew the health and fitness side of the house. The option for one-on-one training is what caught my eye initially. I really struggle to learn in a group setting, especially when there are more advanced people in the class. Because of this, the more traditional group karate or jitz classes arent for me. Coach made my first lesson great. He doesnt overwhelm you with a bunch of crazy moves, and hes good about keeping things at a comfortable but challenging pace. He also is very open to incorporating different styles and techniques based on how you want to fight. We have taken elements of boxing, muay thai, karate and KFM and mixed them into a practical system for self-defense. I feel infinitely more confident in my job now and my ability to defend myself. Ive been doing weekly lessons and its honestly the best part of my Saturday. I have a long way to go, but each week I feel myself getting a little bit better. If youve been looking for something to improve your mental and physical health, or youve been thinking of getting into martial arts, just sign up already. As long as youre willing to put in the work, Coach will get you to your goals.

They are always willing to answer questions and available to go the extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable and knowledgeable. I have never felt that awkward feeling us ladies get in the gym there at all. Go the extra mile, and sign up for a personal trainer. Invest in yourself!

She doesnt take any nonsense, but at the same time isnt too harsh, and makes sure that the girls are having a good time! We are so happy here and my daughter has learned so much!

They have a lot of amenities and classes. The people who come here don’t seem judgy like you have at some other places and there are NO teenage crowds just hanging out and talking. Alec Davis Miss Megan is an experienced massage therapist who took the time prior to the session to understand exactly what muscular issues I was having. The massage was excellent as she focused on my problem areas instead of just going through the motions of a "routine massage". She answered questions and genuinely cared about helping me. Miss Megan then took the time to show examples of stretches I will be able to do on my own in order to fix my muscular issues. I would highly recommend as it is clear this business is about truly taking care of their customers versus being money driven.
