This is where your teenagers put down their phones, take out their AirPods, laugh, talk, smile, and grow! The coaches are amazing and the experience is top of the line! Our daughter has been a part of the CGA family for many years. We are so thankful for her continued love for competitive cheer, the environment, and coaches that support her.

She started out as a shy little girl with zero tumbling ability and has blossomed into a confident level 4 tumbler in just 3 1/2 short years! From our very first day, CGA has always made us feel like family. We are so blessed to be a part of such an amazing gym!!

X4 Fitness Calhoun - Calhoun

Edward Santos: As a veteran with multiple joint related issues I can honestly say X4 Calhoun has been a game changer in my exercise routine. For starters the coaches are excellent motivators and the people who attend treat you like part of the family even on day one of walking through the door. I get an intense calorie burning workout with minimal to no harsh impact on my body/joints. I highly recommend everyone, especially my fellow veterans to check it out. Best

caleb dotson: I was nervous walking into Fit From the Core for the first time, but those nerves disappeared quickly. Dorian is approachable and tough in the best way. The workouts are intense but never overwhelming. If there’s something you can’t do yet, there’s always a good modification, and never any judgment. Every time I leave, I feel stronger and more capable than the day before. Everyone is so friendly, and I actually look forward to each workout.

Down South: I recently joined this gym about a month ago. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time. They have a ton of equipment, anything from cable machines, to free weights, really anything you could think of. The staff there is great, and the cleanliness is top notch.
