Paul Cook Their service was excellent. I had called ahead as I knew it was going to be a quick trip for the gift. They had pulled some items for me to review. The items were exactly what it had in mind. I selected the ruby earrings for my wife and was in and out in about 30 minutes. She loved them. I have been there on a few occasions before and always have been impressed with their attention to detail. Paul C
