5 /5 Inez Owens: Ms. Carrie was very helpful. She saved Mothers Day for me. I didnt realize my pick up day was scheduled for 2 days later than originally planned. As soon as I stepped in the store and explained the mishap Ms. Carrie got to work and worked her magic. I was able to walk out of the store with my gift same day. Thank you ladies and many blessings!

1 /5 BD: Walked in and was not acknowledged. Waited around and was finally told someone would be with me. So just walked around and looked at the pieces. A couple walked in after me and was helped before I was ever acknowledged again. After realizing my money was not valued here, my I left the store and will never return here. Also, will make sure everyone knows to avoid this place at all cost. You shouldn’t have to beg for customer service when you’re spending your hard earned money. I’ve never had this experience at any other Zales, as I am a long time customer. Hopefully this was just an outlet experience. It was my first and last time there.

We got this beautiful wedding set for my wife, and although we took a couple of hours picking it out ; she was as patient as could be throughout it all . ...and my wife and I are walking out here happy customers...

I feel welcomed & I feel my business is appreciated. I also enjoy a good sale & options. Zales outlet in Locust Grove Ga. offers variety & QUALITY. They absolutely deserve 5 stars ⭐️!

1 /5 Charline Coney: Unfortunately my experience here wasn’t so good. When I first entered the building, I noticed that three workers was busy with two customers. I waited patiently while waiting a Caucasian couple come in and a black Americans couple come in as well. I was not acknowledge. I wasn’t apologize to for the wait like the other couples, I was the last person to be helped. I would never take the time to come back to this Zale. Tangle outlet
