Robert Cotoni: I used to love SunTrust and was even okay with Truist when they first switched over but I constantly have problems with accessing my own money now. No branches are open until 5 anymore and its nearly impossible for me to get to the bank before they close for business. Not just that they constantly block my transactions when I have plenty of money in my account. Its really a waste of time for me to do this review as its only a matter of time before I close my account and find a more reliable financial institution
