Truist - Sylvester (GA)

1 /5 Robert Cotoni: I used to love SunTrust and was even okay with Truist when they first switched over but I constantly have problems with accessing my own money now. No branches are open until 5 anymore and its nearly impossible for me to get to the bank before they close for business. Not just that they constantly block my transactions when I have plenty of money in my account. Its really a waste of time for me to do this review as its only a matter of time before I close my account and find a more reliable financial institution

1 /5 Alissa Toomer: I like some one the people in this bank is great the best but some are not i said please put them in different envelope no it was not that is not the first time either.I WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE EVERYONE ELSE!!!!!!. how is it every time I get the worst experiences in the drive through my money was not but in a envelope then whe I ask for one they gave me more then about 4 of them an. The manager is the best she know me very well. She treats me like Im some body when I walk In. This experience need to be a 1/2 star or not one at all

5 /5 Stacy Cherry: A bank is a bank but the women who work at this branch make you feel like family. Melissa the manager always remembers everyones name, says hello, and always has a smile. Mrs. Teresa and Kalya have you covered in the teller lines. I apologize for not remembering everyone elses names however it doesnt diminish their shine and place in the branch. These are the people who make it more than a corporate name. I highly recommend!
