    Sarah Kriigel: Ive been a member of CrossFit IV since late 2013. I love this place! Its unlike any other gym experience Ive had. The other members become your support group and your friends quickly, like you have always been there. The best people to keep you motivated! I came from another CrossFit gym, switched for proximity reasons, and immediately liked the head coaches different programming style. I very quickly saw an increase in my overall strength and endurance with his workouts. The gym recently moved into a bigger space and have now started offering bootcamp classes, which is nice for endurance work. Never get bored, always come back wanting more.

    Cecilia Podrecca: Class was a bit fast, but everyone did seem to be return clients so it makes sense! I able to catch on pretty quickly and keep up with my light barre experience. 50mins felt like 25! Will absolutely be coming back!

    Lauren Brackenridge: My daughter and I have been doing Pilates together for a couple of months now. We really enjoy this location! Tonight we had Mrs Lisa Ross and she was great! She is so helpful and always sets such a good vibe every time. I love that she always reminds you to breathe and listen to your body. This is a great studio with great instructors! I highly recommend!

    Courtney Holmes: Ck dance is an amazing place to have your child grow and develop in all aspects of learning! My children both love ck dance. There something for everybody from ballet, hip-hop, acro, yoga, even adult classes. I definitely see my children growing here and dancing here long-term!! Keep up the amazing work CK dance works!!!
