Candice Chang Sounds weird but i really enjoyed this dentist visit! The facility was super clean and modern. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with explaining all the insurance stuff and my treatment plans. They were very thorough with making sure i understood exactly what was going on and what i was paying for (which is very refreshing as I’ve been to dentists that hit you with hidden costs after the work is done). The hygienist, Kay, was very nice and walked me through everything as she was doing it. This will be our new family dentist office for sure.

From the time you walk in it is such a beautiful atmosphere very clean and welcoming it gives you a sense of calm and peace. tamiya scott Very clean facility. Every staff member was friendly and respectful. When my son arrived he was nervous. When we were getting ready to leave his nerves were settled and excited to come back again to finish his treatment. We absolutely love it here.

Mary P From the first step walking in, were greeted by lots of nice entertainment for the kids and they always have a blast! Once you walk in for the consultation, the staff always tries to distract and entertain the kids so they are calm and enjoy the whole process. My 3yo always struggles with me touching him to cut hair/brush teeth but I was so impressed how he was calm and enjoyed his time when doing his cleaning for the first time and got a prize at the end. I would definitely recommend them 100%!!!

My son is autistic and I love how patient and strong the staff are. They help me keep him calm and hold him down when he’s completely over it (: all in all we are in and out at our appt times which is another perk!

Katrina Culwell The dental assistants here are wonderful! So gentle and they go above and beyond explaining and giving instruction and answering all of my questions. The front office ladies have been very helpful as well, even faxing insurance paperwork for me. A week after my initial procedure, I noticed an uncomfortable spot on my partial that continued to bother me so I called. Vanessa immediately got me in for an appointment and it was taken care of right away. I was just in for my soft liner today and it feels great. For years I was embarrassed to smile because of my teeth. Now I love having my picture made with my grandsons. Thank you for my new smile Dr Bempah, you did a great job!!

Carol Josie I had a tooth to fall out from the partial that I had made for me last year in September, but I didn’t get upset because when I called and explained, my issue was handled with care and professionalism, when I walked in and went to the desk right away my issue was dealt with and in 30 minutes time the issue was resolved , and I was told that if for any reason I have any other issues please do not hesitate to call or come into the office. Sharon Singley Me after 2 implants & 3 teeth pulled at Affordable Dentures & Implants! Gave me teeth that didn’t fit told me to come back in 2 weeks with teeth & app’t card in the bag, it was lunch time & I had been there 4.5 hours! This was the most miserable inhumane experience I have ever had! Called for pain meds or some kind of help 6-7 times,twice with emergency line & they gave DR. message & still no call back! Did find RX for steroid, antibiotics & ibuprofen 2 days later? Not sure if I should contact corporate? BBB? My lawyer? They did have me sign a ton of papers & said $3400 2nd visit $3500 3rd visit! They took $7000 on the 2nd visit! Any advice appreciated!

ATLTRIPP Dr. Jenkins has a great staff. Very friendly environment. Your immediately greeted at the door when you walk in. Very friendly environment and no wait time at all. Dr. Jenkins walks and makes each patient feels welcome and takes the time to listen and really gets to know his patients. The best dentist Ive ever had. I had 2 root canals and never was in any pain before I came to Smile Parlor and when I left, I wasnt in any pain since. My biggest fear had been put the to rest, Dr. Jenkins assured me that I was in great hands. He definitely lived up to his promise. Thanks again Dr. Jenkins.

I have been scared of the dentist for a long time but, I have recently been working on that and this office made me feel so comfortable. From the receptionist up front, to the doctors in the back, I let them now what I needed to feel safe and comfortable and they delivered with beautiful communication and empathy. James Robinson I showed up at 10:05 for a 10:15 appointment and was called back right. The cleaning tech was great. She was so gentle with my teeth n gums. I felt very comfortable in seat. Dentist came in and checked over teeth and told me it looked good see you in 6 months. One of the best experiences I had ever had at dentist.

Dr. Adkins and her Staff are Not Only Professional in Everything, they are Personable and Caring, All of the staff, including the Ladies who welcomed me and told me what I needed each time. They are taking care of Insurance matters, setting up appointments in such a Professional manner. TheNomadicHealer Mamisonga (Mamisonga) I do not like hospitals . I try my best to stay out of them and let those doctors work on those that need it. I also do not trust hospitals. After reading Medical Aparthied and Henrietta Lacks made me disappointed in the Health care system. However I went on a Friday afternoon. Skeptical and scared. The guard was friendly and kind , no weird mean mugging and treating u like a criminal before a person in pain, the receptionist was kind and made us feel welcomed. Now on to triage. Nurse Rasheedah was so amazing she listen to me while taking her notes and didnt dismiss anything! She put me in a room and we waited for Nurse Idia . Nurse India was so dang delightful, we cracked jokes, she made my partner feel welcomed, and she reassured me that they were going to take good care of me. Dr.Blake came in and I thought this is where things going to get gunky.NOPE!!! She order some tests, but she never physically assessed me nor looked at the area of my hip pain. That my pain and suffering was never dismissed by these professionals. Patricia in Ultrasound was quiet and knowledgeable, she tried her best to do the scans where I wasnt in crazy pain. Nurse Stuart was awesome fitting me for my brace and crutches. He wanted to make sure I knew how to work both before leaving. I regretfully cant remember the Nurses name that bought my wheelchair because it was brief but with that brief encounter she was kind and made some jokes. The professionalism was at the door and throughout my entirety of my stay. I have never ever been treated so well in a hospital and I am 43 years old and never in my life since I was a little youth experience such amazing bed side manner. Alot of the Nurses said they had been moved to that hospital. Well who ever did it I thank God that they did. They were straight up angels. I am not exaggerating. I hope this becomes the example of all hospitals to replicate. I would say I think my visit would have been better if I had any type of assessment. I never seen a doctor not do an assessment on a patient so that was disappointing. However everyone was kind but im still in square one with a $500.00 bill but no relief

Timothy Barkley My wife was seen today had her insurance card and was told her copay was $200 when she didnt have it and she didnt, rather than give her the option of a payment plan she was still force to pay a $ 100 we have two small kids. No one should ever be forced to pay what they dont have. This hospital is one the worst place to ever to go. Its only good if you need an excuse for getting out of work or maybe some for pain. They are slow and most seen to be rejects from real hospital. So today when the weather is supposed to be bad my 3 &6year may be without. Thanks to the lady of who forced my wife to pay money she didnt have because that money was also our light bill money. You have a blessed day.

Briana Badillo I came in tonight with a sore throat,cough and just feeling awful. Pretty much with flu symptoms. The lady is at the front desk are wonderful they help me check in very quickly I literally went to the restroom and sat down for not even 10 minutes and they already had called me back. When they call me back they took my blood pressure, got all the basic information of the symptoms. Got basic information that need to be updated. The doctor came in immediately afterwards. Everything was back to back and they put so much care into it, it was amazing Ive never had experience like this before. I just want to say the staff is outstanding and Dr Andrew Smith is an amazing doctor. He listens to a patient and he cares. Overall the experience was very very good. I definitely recommend and hopefully i dont get sick again but if I do I will definitely be coming back.

Doctor Chatman is a hidden GEM! I’ve suffered from Multiple Sclerosis 26 years and have been denied CARE from many healthcare providers. Dentists ESPECIALLY. The One and ONLY SINGING surgeon Bosslady, Her Grace, Definition of a REAL Professional, Doctor Chatman is #1. Period. I feel so grateful to her. A thousand blessings upon your house! WOW! I’m 44 years old/young with unbelievable health issues I’ve collected. You can take this review from a person who can say from experience, this was and is my safe place. Schedule NOW. I just made my follow up appointment. I’m will be bringing gifts for the Crew and Captain. (Bosslady, I’ll see you Wednesday the 31st) .

Promise Choice Switched to Bruno at the recommendation of my husband. I have severe anxiety about going to the dentist and needed a cleaning and a new mouth guard to prevent grinding. The hygienist who assisted me was extremely accommodating and put me at ease. She made light conversation during the cleaning and communicated what she was doing to my teeth as she was doing it. I went back to get a new mouth guard as my previous one was ill-fitting. The process of making the molds is a little uncomfortable in general, but they worked quickly so I was thankful. Picked up mouthguard today, it fits much better than my previous one and is a softer material so I do not expect it to cause any pain. It is also less bulky than my prior one which I think will be more comfortable at night. I will definitely be returning, thank you!

Austin Gray I went to my dentist of 12 years, Dr. Keith Fortson, on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 because a front right incisor tooth had been hurting for a couple of days (office is closed Thurs, Fri, weekends). X-Ray was taken and I expected he would determine the problem and resolve it. He scraped around it, flushed it with water + antibiotics, told me my gum was infected. Thats it..for $210. By Friday I was in such pain I had to go to Urgent Care. They gave me a Rx for antibiotic. $50 more plus travel. I returned to Dr. Fortson today (3-28-22) and learned from him he should have given me a Rx on Wed. It was one of the most painful weekends of my 70 yrs of life. Mistakes like this should NOT be made by medical professionals... especially one with so much experience.

Mary Floyd Worst dentist and corrupt billing practices. The fillings done by this office have since caused me to have a root canal, another capped and the other 2 filling I still have turned black even though the fillings were white to start with. My current and amazing dentist I have now was astounded at the poor quality of the materials and service I received.
