The payments are focused on interest only policies and they do their best to collect interest only while the principle is never paid. The representatives lie and do not follow up on request, intentionally mislead and take serious advantage of elderly and those with bad credit. They report incorrectly to the credit bureau and close out accounts while you are still making monthly payments. I filed with BBB and refuse to let them take advantage of me, no matter what..
