Truist - Tifton Brandon G.: Went here today to try and open a checking account. I asked a female teller named Ellison where to go, and she told me to open it online. I told her I tried that, and it didn’t go through, so she said I could have a seat and wait on a personal banker. I asked her about how long it would take, and she said there was only one there at the moment. And I was like “ok so we don’t know then?” And she rolled her eyes and said “how am I supposed to know?” She was pretty sarcastic and rude from the beginning, but this was a little much. I asked her name and just took a seat. Let’s just say I’m not impressed with the customer service and first impression. Then, after waiting for over 30 min, they allowed an elderly lady to skip me in line because they knew her or whatever. When this happened, I looked up at Ellison and she was smirking at me. Highly unprofessional.
