2 /5 IM Broda86: This is not particularly about anyone in the department but the Hospital and Affinity group entirely. Nearly every time I have asked for a detailed bill the bill mysteriously went down after I requested one and I could never get a copy of the original bill to see what they were over charging me for. They also need to "get with the times" and upgrade their patient portal. Nearly every single other facility that has a patient portal lets me view my test results live as well as any billing. Our patient portal with the Affinity group is pretty close to useless in terms of information. You can see when you went and very little else besides your own profile information you provided. Not impressed.
