5 /5 Brittney Oliver: ROBERTO. ROBERTO. ROBERTO!!! In just 10 MINUTES on the phone, he solved what the representatives at Tucker couldnt figure out in over an HOUR. The ones at Tucker really tried to make it seem like it was my fault when THEY messed up the tags. Meanwhile, Roberto pure professionalism. He apologized on their behalf and fixed everything like a pro. If you ever need help, dont waste your time with anyone, else go straight to Roberto!!!

1 /5 Yashira Rivera: I just called the Smyrna location a man picked up and I asked him to provide me with an estimate on my vehicle (I provided him with the details ) and he ended the call. I called a second time and the same man picked up, I asked for his name and he said his name was “Eddie” I asked what time did he close and he hung up on me for the second time. Excellent customer service, Eddie! Velox do better.
