1 /5 Michael: This bank doesnt care about families, just advertising their name as a sponsor on every banner they can be added on to appear that way. After a death in my in-laws family, we had reached out to see what can be done about having credit life insurance added onto a mortgage, since this was discussed in the past and was an available option should minds had changed in the future, or so they were told. It appears as though, suddenly, credit life is only an option on non-personal residences at this bank. Ive never heard of anything so ridiculous in my life. Get this: By not doing so, theyd be taking a MASSIVE loss on the property in the long run. So not only do they not care about the future of families in Grady County and surrounding areas, theyre willing to take a loss themselves on top of it all. Dont go here for ANYTHING.

1 /5 Daniel Simones: Find another bank. I deal with several lenders and never had one say, I will call you back and not follow through. I feel if you dont want to work with someone at least have the professionalism to let them know!
