1 /5 Nick: Waited for over 20 minutes to make a simple deposit as there was only one teller working despite 4 other employees being present and just not helping. There were still about 4 other people behind me when I decided to leave.

James is amazing, but the other guy with curly hair and glasses is always sitting on his phone. most of the time i’m in a rush to get back to work. it’s like he’s too busy with whatever his phone is doing instead of dealing with people through the drive through.

5 /5 Freedom Lover: This is positively the best bank in town! Get it, BBT LOL, truthfully I enjoy going there. Ive not had good experience at others in town here but this BBT is the best BBT Ive been to and the best bank so far.
