Truist - Lavonia (GA)

1 /5 Jamey Key: This location charged me $8 for cashing a $100 check written from a Truist account. I would understand a fee if the check were from another bank. I had driven to this location and waited until they opened because it was their account. As far as I am concerned, this bank committed theft as I had no other choice. I would never partner with this institution.

1 /5 Amesha Dunkins: Horrible experience, I literally had to call another branch because teller Jamie was acting as if she wasnt sure on how to read notes in my profile to follow steps to cashing a Truist issued check.

1 /5 jon jones: Stuck out of town, and I cant have money deposited into my account, account constantly locked. Worst bank ever, no branch manager available to help at all. Worst bank ever. I cant tell you how many times Ive been stuck out of town with a locked card, no access to my funds, no customer service whatsoever. They truly dont care about their customers at all. Do not open an account with them.

2 /5 Roxana Ortega: I went have gone into this branch several times and the experiences have been very similar. This specific time one teller was on the phone the entire time, I believe she was with IT. The other teller who assisted us, Kristie Key, was truly doing an amazing job considering the circumstances. She was the only one working. She was assisting us, greeting other clients as they entered, and helping the drive thru. I did notice a gentleman in an office with Branch Leader sign on the outside. He never came out. It seems as the tellers are left to do it all and survive as best they can.

1 /5 Palmetto State Tacoma Club: In what sense does it make for you to have 1 teller working with 4-5 people standing in line, and the branch manager is just staring at all of us not jumping in and helping and just walks back into his office, closes the door for the poor single teller to fend for herself. Lead by example….
