A sales associate by the name Katina offered her assistance. She was knowledgeable of the product. She took her time with me because it was alot to take in. I ended up buying my mother a nice diamond bracelet all because Katina help me realize that the bracelet is something that could be past down and I have a daughter. I wasnt really a fan of the ring (although he told me he spent hours trying to decide). We went back to exchange it, GAIL helped us again, she was so patient and kind. She helped me find what I wanted. Shes an angel!!! Thank you GAIL!

    Dana Bland: My fiancé bought me an engagement ring back in November of 2023 and in June of this year it completely bent and paid 50 to get it fixed and then not even 3 weeks later it broke completely. Paid 40 to get it fixed this time and it is now smaller than what it was. Not happy at all and will not buy anything else from them.

    Samantha Powell: Miss Charmaine is phenomenal! We purchased an engagement ring in 2023 and it was time for an upgrade. Mis Charmaine was so helpful with selecting our enhancer as well as reminding us of our lifetime warranty .. which includes sizing, polishing and in our case soldering.     Susan Ward: Love the work. I got several products, earrings, initial key ring and 2 customized vases which totally match my decor. I am not much on Halloween, but when I saw the little coffins I just had to have one. You can take the lid off and hide something inside.
