Mis Charmaine was so helpful with selecting our enhancer as well as reminding us of our lifetime warranty .. which includes sizing, polishing and in our case soldering. I cant wait to pick up my new ring!! Fantastic experience! 10/10.

Not only did she go out of her way to answer all my questions, but she also gave me great tips and made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase of a new bracelet.
