5 /5 Andrea Riley: Came into the store after leaving the emergency room. The doctors could not cut my rings off my finger, which was continuously swelling. The staff at Windsor was caring, compassionate, and delicate when cutting my rings off. Of course my husband was sad to see them taken off! Not only did they repair the rings, they resized them and added more metal replacing what was lost. This store does more than just sell fine jewelry. They saved my finger and the rings that I have cherished for over 25 years! Thank you Windsor and the staff that assisted us! The Riley Family!

5 /5 Barton Alderman: We drove 2 hours to Windsor because they were the closest Rolex repair facility. This is a beautiful facility, very impressive from the outside and even more so inside. We were greeted at the door by a nice young lady who escorted us upstairs to the watch repair area. We browsed the merchandise on the second floor while waiting for an appraisal on my watch repair. The young lady stayed until my appraisal was complete, then led us to a register to complete all the information needed to have the watch shipped to me. We didnt take time to browse the merchandise on the first floor (it was Friday afternoon and we wanted to beat the weekend traffic ) but the goods we checked on the second floor were enough to convince us that this is the place to buy jewelry. The customer service alone is enough to bring you back! It was a great experience!

Dune, the sales person, was so attentive to my daughters interests. She helped us pick the perfect ring and helped make a special memory. Outstanding service.

Sellers Kimberly “Kimmy”: Me and my fiancé went here and got this set. Well the young guy that’s there is not a people person. He doesn’t smile and acts like he doesn’t want to be there. He couldn’t help us on anything. And we had to take the set back because the stones kept falling out and they fixed it but as u can see on the pictures the stones have fallen out again. And we paid over $400 for this set and my fiancé band. So we won’t go back. And really don’t know what to do because the stones are out again. But the older guy that’s there he was a really big help.

Terrall Putnam: My wife fell on vacation last June and broke her ring finger and pinkie. That and a breakdown of our car made the vacation a disaster. Of course they had to cut the rings off her fingers. We had to wait a full year for her fingers to recover and the swelling to subside. The Gold Shop not only fixed the badly bent and cut rings, they performed it while we were on vacation this June and it wasnt expensive. Great work! We appreciate them so much!
