I’m happy to say I am now a new member of Crunch. I highly recommend this place, specifically this location. Everyone was so friendly and there were so many machines. I loved the atmosphere - it’s updated, clean, well laid out and the lighting isn’t as dim as other studios. What impressed me most were the people here. Each coach went out of their way to introduce themselves and make me feel welcome. I would definitely recommend and will be back when I’m on that side of town.

Everything is clean, well maintained, and set up to help members stay consistent with their fitness goals. I also want to highlight the excellent service I received from Matthew at the front desk. He helped me get a new key tag and made the process very easy. He was professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about the members. It is service like this that makes the gym feel welcoming and well managed. Highly recommend this place.
