The owner, Lisa, is super warm and welcoming. They have two rooms. Its super clean, inviting and peaceful. The lobby is sunny and open feeling. Its definitely worth it to check out a class here!

The Warm Yin and Barre are my favorites. The environment is very welcoming and the instructors are very knowledgeable and supportive.

I loved the atmosphere - it’s updated, clean, well laid out and the lighting isn’t as dim as other studios. What impressed me most were the people here. Each coach went out of their way to introduce themselves and make me feel welcome. I would definitely recommend and will be back when I’m on that side of town.

Jesus Gonzalez: I have been a member at this gym for many years and it has always been a great experience. The recent renovations have made the facility even better and it truly shows. Everything is clean, well maintained, and set up to help members stay consistent with their fitness goals. I also want to highlight the excellent service I received from Matthew at the front desk. He helped me get a new key tag and made the process very easy. He was professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about the members. It is service like this that makes the gym feel welcoming and well managed. Highly recommend this place.

Hannah Coxe: Haven’t used timer facility in a year but want to make sure they squeeze one more payment before I can cancel. I also had issues with their personal trainer program not following through with agreed payment terms last year. All about taking your money. Absolutely ridiculous.

Mnq Princess (Princess Mnq): I came to Skylar a month ago experiencing back spasms from sciatica, RA, and degenerative discs. The exercise routines Skylar constructs are not only effective for building strength and body structure, but are modifiable to accommodate any discomfort or pain I may feel. We started slowly, and over time, with good form, I have not had to use any modifications and I have been able to push through soreness. A month later, my muscle mass has increased a great deal and the way my clothes fit tell the physical progress Ive made. I am ecstatic about how far Ive come in such a short time and look forward to continuing for greater results going forward. I highly recommend Premiere Personal Training to anyone that is looking to be stronger and more fit internally and externally. I am an army veteran and very self motivated, however having a personal trainer to check for right form and execution of the exercises makes all the difference in the world.

The community is always supporting each other. For the first time I can say that I am happy going to a gym! I love Burn!
