I would highly recommend them if you need a real estate related service. I suspect a few of the reviewers confuse business professional with rudeness. We experienced nothing but polite courtesy on a professional level.

Michele Dianne: If you are looking for an attorney who LACKS compassion and is unsympathetic to your needs...this is the guy to call! My family and I had a legal issue. We contacted Larry Sorgen and from the first point of contact, this guy without knowledge of the situation, showed NO compassion. He thinks he knows everything before allowing you to speak your information. We all know someone like this: They believe they are the smartest guy in the room. Their primary goal is to convince you that they are. But you know better, you know they only have a title behind their name. Its just a title. There is no REAL person at the heart. This is THAT guy! The unfortunate part is this: not many choices in the North Georgia mountains. Hopefully, that will change sooner rather than later. Do your research...there is better out there.

steve svihl: My fiancés mother hired Mr. Korn for representation in a trust. He was paid up front and 6 months later has done nothing to represent her but has done more to represent the others named in the trust. She has tried on multiple occasions to contact him but somehow he seems to be covieniently unavailable! On the initial visit (at which time all required information, including a copy of the trust was provided) and he indicated that she had a strong case, yet here she still sits waiting and it is going backwards! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
