He was paid up front and 6 months later has done nothing to represent her but has done more to represent the others named in the trust. She has tried on multiple occasions to contact him but somehow he seems to be covieniently unavailable! On the initial visit (at which time all required information, including a copy of the trust was provided) and he indicated that she had a strong case, yet here she still sits waiting and it is going backwards! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
