1 /5 Courtenay Hunter: I was with Tillman for 3 years, only for my insurance to constantly increase with having a clean mvr and everything else. I have called Zane multiple times and left voicemails to NEVER get a response. Finally, I spoke with Hamilton only for him to give a terrible lie and he also NEVER got back with me. I was paying $1900 to $1500, then $1700 a month to now get switched to a better insurance for only $1040. After expressing my issue with Jenny, her response was “Yes ma’am”. No worries at all about their customers. None of them seems to be knowledgeable enough to ever answer the questions we have. Thankfully we were saved by our new insurance company that explained everything, even with the issues that we had with Tillman. In the south you may not have this issue if you’re WHITE. We work too hard to get used and done any kind of way with no explanation. 0/10 I will not recommend.
