1 /5 Courtenay Hunter: I was with Tillman for 3 years, only for my insurance to constantly increase with having a clean mvr and everything else. I have called Zane multiple times and left voicemails to NEVER get a response. Finally, I spoke with Hamilton only for him to give a terrible lie and he also NEVER got back with me. I was paying $1900 to $1500, then $1700 a month to now get switched to a better insurance for only $1040. After expressing my issue with Jenny, her response was “Yes ma’am”. No worries at all about their customers. None of them seems to be knowledgeable enough to ever answer the questions we have. Thankfully we were saved by our new insurance company that explained everything, even with the issues that we had with Tillman. In the south you may not have this issue if you’re WHITE. We work too hard to get used and done any kind of way with no explanation. 0/10 I will not recommend.

1 /5 Ryan Teter: In the last three years, this agency has declined to a point that I will be taking my investment property insurance, automobile insurance, and primary home insurance elsewhere. Trying to communicate for policy establishment or changes has become an imposing challenge. Strongly recommend you find one of the many better options in this market.

5 /5 Peter Swales: We came across the Tillman agency when searching for an agent that knew the RV park business. The agency we "inherited" from our parks seller was almost as inept as a local agency, who also didnt have a clue. We contacted Dan who personally came out and inspected our park and he made a few suggestions that would help our insurance status. Their quote saved us many hundreds of dollars and we have receive excellent service from Dan and his staff. We cannot recommend The Tillman Insurance Agency too highly. Pete and Julie
