1 /5 David Whitfield: RUN DO NOT WALK, dont know if these people are inept or just shady but they sold me a home owners policy and instantly after taking my money out of escrow the policy was canceled. Called Multiple office locations and got the same story boss isnt in but Ill leave a message. This went on for several weeks, and the only reason he called was I lodged a complaint with the insurance commissioner. For your own peace of mind dont deal with these people.

By the time I found out, I had a policy lapse. When I called this office to question how they can do this, I was told “he said you were aware.” This was a malicious act and I was NOT aware what he had done. The fact that this office did not attempt to contact me to verify is concerning.
