Im a competitive volleyball player who has been dealing with knee pain for six years. Ive tried a bunch of different trainers, physical therapists, and online programs with mixed results over that time period. Training with Sam is the first time in years that I havent felt like I had to choose between pain management and maximizing performance. Hes extremely knowledgeable and adaptable to whatever the volleyball season throws at me, whether thats elbow, shoulder, ankle, or hip pain. Im jumping better than ever without being forced to limit my practice time by my knees.
TTRs space is also excellent. Theres a really impressive variety of equipment, and you can basically always get whatever you need for your specific workout.
