The facility was clean and well lit, everyone was very welcoming, and the instruction from Coach Jimmy and Coach Davion was first class. They were articulate and genuinely interested in making sure we understood what was being shown, then both Coaches came around and gave personal instruction to fine tune our movements. The rolling after class was outstanding! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
