1 /5 Raine Lux: Lack of professionalism.. A lady gave me a auto quote after I gave her all the details that she needed for a auto quote. The quote was reasonable and she was convincing me to start the policy the same day but I didn’t .. call back the NEXT day to start the policy with the same specific lady I spoke to the day before gonna tell me she don’t see the quote she gave me because she spelt my name wrong and didn’t have the proper Vin number .. would you believe it ?
