1 /5 Matt Eller: WORST company to offer insurance. They will try to find false reasons to raise your insurance. Example: My home insurance went up, I called ad asked for an explanation, they made me provide them with information they already had and they raised it even higher! They still couldnt provide me information as to why. Shannon Smith is the worst at customer service and never returns calls or emails. Avoid!!
