Example: My home insurance went up, I called ad asked for an explanation, they made me provide them with information they already had and they raised it even higher! They still couldnt provide me information as to why. Shannon Smith is the worst at customer service and never returns calls or emails. Avoid!!

Mercedes Arnold Loya Auto insurance has decent pricing. Their customer service is okay. Roadside coverage however is terrible. You call roadside and have to pay them right then and there. Then the company reimburses you. Stayed with them for a while but finally went with another company.

I was simply doing some comparison shopping will they went above and beyond the call to give me my options and quote me the best price would save me a tremendous amount of time looking for something more comparable. I was surprised by how efficiently they handled the switch from my previous insurance, and how much better the policy they wrote for me actually turned out to be. I have not had the opportunity to file claims with them but I would assume based on how quickly and officially they reached out to me when I requested a policy quote that they handle claims equally as expertly. I hope to have a long relationship with this company and based on how I was treated when I first approached them I would anticipate no less.
