4 /5 May Tuccolo: The Ligeon Firm assisted in the closing of the sale of our house. We had to wait almost 40 minutes past the appointment time due to another matter they were dealing with. Besides that everything went smoothly. Good communication throughout. Cassie was so great at answering my questions and emails. Melinda I think was who assisted in the actual closing. She explained everything well. All in all a good experience.

Found mistake in my favor after closing for hundreds. Ligon does not return calls and I leave messages also. Still not resolved. Closing was 2 months ago.
