    Jennifer Williams: A disappointing experience with OKS-Stockbridge. Before our closing, the lender had already funded the purchase. The attorney, Tanner Johnston, confirmed the funds were there but had us wait for nearly 1.5 AFTER closing. For a total of 2.5 hours to close! Ridiculous! This process is typically an hour or LESS. A very disjointed and deflated experience in the end. I’ve closed at this office several times with a different attorneys and hadn’t had any issues. A complete ball drop on this specific attorney’s part. The lender mentioned how frustrating this was for them as well. They gave specific instructions and approval prior to my client’s purchase to ensure it was a smooth and quick process.

Once the day I had been dreading finally came around I ended up walking out of traffic court smiling! Something I never thought would happen. The sent bogus document for the Sellers to the Funding company in order to get a sell, which cause me to purchase a property that actually wouldnt have qualified for funding without that happening. They cost me more than $3000 to correct the issues the house had after I found out about them, (after closing).
