5 /5 Kirby Griffis: PSA: After reaching out to the branch, I first spoke to the assistant manager Paige which was so helpful, understanding and caring of the issue. She assured me that she would get this issue over to the Branch manager . The branch manager (Cindy) then called me about the issue and was the upmost respectful and apologetic and assured me that the issue would be taken care of. I have been to this bank very few times, for the simple reason of the lady in the drive thru. She has the absolute worst customer service I have EVER seen!!! She is rude, short spoken and never smiles!!

1 /5 Aliea Wilson: This bank has some very nice employees but the black lady & the shorter white lady that sits @ the front desk is very RUDE! I had to leave this bank due to there negative behaviors!

1 /5 Enixam Landon: There is one window teller that Is always rude. I don’t know why she still has a job there. Everyone else seems great. But my own mother told me she was rude as hell and I didn’t believe it until she was like that with me. She’s simply put, just not a people person. And not everyone is.
