    Kristen Petrel: ZERO STARS!! DO NOT invest with this office. I had a small account set up many years ago that I was not actively contributing to and required no maintenance. Mr. Kimpling CLOSED my retirement account without my consent due to "inactivity" with no warning. They were supposedly calling a phone number that was not mine and sent zero mail stating that they were going to do this. I lost half of my money by this account being closed! Unacceptable. And then when I called the office to see if there was a mix up, Diane was very rude to me! Unacceptable. Customer service was less than zero stars. DO NOT do business with Mr. Kimpling!!!
