5 /5 cat pathways: Expensive, but I LOVE the soy candles here and I prefer to support local businesses, so I dont mind paying a bit extra. There is a discount, however, if you are a downtown resident. The candles have great scents, are super long lasting, and safer for my cats than paraffin wax. Sterling rose is a personal favorite. Additionally, the employees are always friendly and kind whenever I visit. Ive never had a bad experience here and I will miss the Bohemian Den when I move out of downtown! Overall, just a joy to stop by when you want to treat yourself, buy a gift, or explore downtown.

5 /5 Tanglewood Art Studios: Bohemian Den is my go-to spot for unique gifts and all things woo-woo—crystals, incense, tarot, you name it. The vibe is always welcoming, and the staff is super helpful and kind. I always leave feeling a little more inspired and a lot more grounded. Love having this gem of a shop in downtown Macon!

5 /5 Laura Ross: Stopped in today for the second time, first time in the new location! Truly a lovely, lovely shop. It was incredible to see such a diverse, substantial inventory in this store! Variety for days. If you need a gift or a treat for yourself I’d highly recommend stopping in! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, witnessed two staff members deal with a very difficult client and they truly handled this incredibly challenging patron with kindness and grace. They earned a repeat customer today!

They carry an assortment of items that are unique, plenty of items to see, some items are too funny with printed comments that make you laugh and giggle. The vibe was engaging, clean and well displayed. I chose 3 different sage packets and a shell. The sage didnt burn well, but smelled great.

The gentleman even gave me a little extra for it having a keyboard case (didn’t expect that, but I was so thankful.) the 4 months my iPad was there, everyone that work there made everything easy, they even have an app where you can pay and communicate with them…. And they respond in a timely matter. I love this place .

Joseph Johnson: Went in for a “yearly” watch battery replacement for last 10 years. On Sunday, 5:00p, salesman told me that they he couldn’t change my batteries because they don’t have a tool to do so. I have done this for 10 years or more. Started at the mall store years ago! Wow! It was a sales woman there also. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! Went back to Kay’s jewelry store and the “Outstanding” service that was provided to me was on point! The sales lady greeted me as I entered the store. She actually took my watch to ensure they could or couldn’t do the requested task of changing batteries. They couldn’t and she directed/referred me to Battery Source who also provided outstanding service!!!! Kudos to the sales person who answered all my questions and concerns!!! A 360 from yesterday’s service!!! Today you was the Outstanding store I have known you to be, thanks! (5 stars) they didn’t know I was in there yesterday! Pure Good Service!
