1 /5 James Cleveland: This is one of the worst State Farm offices. Ive ever had to deal with every time I speak to them. They never have notes that Ive ever talked to them. And I speak to the same office manager almost every single time. But its so funny that she cant never remember my conversation with her. This place used to be really good and used to have some real quality. People working there and now they have such a high turnover rate. Every time I talk to somebody seems like everybody in the front office is new except for just a couple of people. Of course, it only takes one bad Apple to run the whole basket.
And every time they have screwed my insurance app with the payment or something. And im the one thats always getting screwed over for it
