1 /5 Ronnie Owens Sr: We had been customers since 2000 and had a great agent (Debra Ellis) but unfortunately she left for another location which I just found out a few days ago. We got a new agent (Matt Murray) and our service went downhill from there. He spoke harshly to my wife and that prompted me to start handling the account. He is not people friendly and was very nonchalant to the point you would think he was doing us a favor by being our agent. The last two years our insurance increased by over $400. He seemed bothered when we inquired about the increase which for the second straight year and this caused us to move our business elsewhere
