1 /5 Sheena Coffman: Ive been with Nationwide for over 15 years and this group is terrible! Theyve dropped the ball on several huge scenarios that left me paying fines that I shouldnt have had to pay. They would stop responding to me when i asked them to supply my information to the state. Now, I just got an email today that my policy was canceled with no notice. I called headquarters to figure out what happened and they told me this agent didnt send in the necessary paperwork. Now Im stuck on a Friday, after buisness hours, and left without auto insurance. Very poorly managed group!
