1 /5 Josh Warner: Traditional banks are closing left and right. This one is a good example why. Maintaining good customer relationships and being responsive goes a long way. This bank didnt get the memo. If youre looking for a good local bank with nice, responsive folks who care, check out Rabun County Bank.

2 /5 Gabe D: Bad driveway, non existent stop sign coming out to the Ingles exit way (both) causing confusion and bad driving conditions. edit: theyve responded to this review within less than an hour saying they will look into it, would highly appreciate their actually being a stop sign thanks for taking the time to look at this, once the problems resolved I will remove my review or replace it with more stars

1 /5 Samantha Mckay: I have been with South State Bank for a long time. I have two business and two personal accounts. I have recommend to friends and family encouraging them to bank with South State any opportunity I get. I dont usually write reviews, especially bad ones knowing the impact it can cause on a business. However, within the past year or so I have been very disappointed with the lack of communication and poor customer service they have provided me. At this particular location we have not had good experiences. The supervisor is rude and not willing to keep customers. Due to this past incident, I will be closing my accounts next week and I will no longer recommend.

3 /5 kenneth vinson: Normally I’m happy with the service I get, when I go inside. I literally just left the bank and sitting in my car. The woman who helped me was wonderful and nice. The issue I had was the other teller. She had one customer and it sounded like they were catching up on all of the latest gossip while there was as a line of customers waiting. Oh, by the way there were only two tellers up front. I’ve never been so aggravated. If I knew who to complain to I would’ve done it in person.
