5 /5 Tony Thompson: Tiffany at the Cuthbert Region’s Branch was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She helped my sister and me with our questions and needs for existing account and the changes that were made.

1 /5 Linda Kruszka: The only reason I still bank at this bank is because the only other bank does not have online banking. Services in person are horrible. Employees could care less. Branch manager is non existent. One teller in particular is flat out rude.

5 /5 Jay Stripling: Excellent little store. Has restroom for customers that is handicap accessible.

1 /5 Grateful Mom: It took 8 months to change the names on an account, (April 2022 until December 2022 )after taking the required asked for documents, each time there was a different excuse why it wasnt entered into the system, so I was unable to access the account. The Manager nor Assistant apologized for the delay after finally completing the transaction 8 months later. Terrible Customer Service.
