3 /5 Linda Sanford: The agent, Tomika Brown, was so helpful to me. I explained to her what I was looking for and she took time to listen to me and set up with an affordable coverage for me. I am still waiting for the snapshot, which someone at your office told me it was on backorder. Hope to receive it soon. Sorry to hear that Tomika is no longer with you. You need more help like her.
